Slow, smooth movements on superficial layers of muscle using light pressure.


Deep Tissue

Focuses on deeper layers of muscle and connective tissue. Used to treat chronically problematic muscles and to aid in recover from injuries.


Pre-Natal Massage

Techniques are modified to meet the individual needs of the expectant mother.  Used to reduce stress, decrease swelling, as well relieve the aches and pains that often accompany pregnancy.


Sports Massage

Specially designed techniques for those with a high level of physical activity.  Used to treat and prevent muscular injury as well as enhance physical performance.


CranioSacral Therapy

Reflexology

A type of soft tissue massage which incorporates stretching and massage of the connective tissues, or fascia.  Used for pain management and increased flexibility.


Trigger Point Therapy

A bodywork technique that involves the applying of pressure to tender muscle tissue.  Used to relieve pain and dysfunction in other parts of the body.
