Tai Chi
Beginning Tai Chi: learn the fundamental concepts of Tai Chi, important Standing Form, and Traditional Yang Style Tai Chi first section.
Traditional Yang Tai Chi (I): based on “Beginning Tai Chi”, learn the traditional first and second sections of Yang Style Tai Chi, and will be corrected.
Traditional Yang Tai Chi (II): based on “Traditional Yang Tai Chi (I)”, learn the traditional Yang Style Tai Chi sequence, and will be corrected.
Chen Tai Chi (I): learn the first series of the traditional Chen Style Tai Chi, and will be corrected.
Chen Tai Chi (II): learn the second series of the traditional Chen Style Tai Chi. This class is for those who have already practiced the first series seriously for at least three years.
